This was edit practice for a gun shot that was supposed to look futuristic, this is what was produced and my group is fairly happy with the outcome as we perceive it as an 'cool' approach to our film opening. This pistol that creates a plasma shot was an idea we got from a game named Halo which includes a variety of weapons that fit our chosen genre particularly well.
